J. COLE SELLS OUT BACK-TO-BACK NIGHTS IN CHICAGO

Following his long awaited double album, “The Fall Off,” J.Cole announced “The Fall Off World Tour” with a total of 73 shows across 15 countries. Two of those stops being at the United Center in Chicago.

Dreamville Radio kicking off night one in Chicago

Both nights kicked off with Dreamville Radio, hosted by Bas and DJ Nitrane, which highlighted two artists from Cole's home state of North Carolina PJ and PFG which were each given time to perform their music. During the Dreamville Radio set they brought out a fellow Dreamville member and Chicago native, Omen, to perform 2 songs as well during both nights.

With back to back sold out dates, Cole stuck to his standard 32 song setlist with a mix of songs from throughout his career. Starting his set from within the crowd and rapping “39 intro” while making his way to the stage, interacting and rapping along with fans on his way up.

The sets lasted for around two and a half hours with little to no breaks between songs, just non-stop classics from beginning to end. He closed out both nights with an emotional performance of “Quik Stop.”

After his night 1 performance concluded, Cole had his team come out and take my group's vinyls backstage to be signed. This definitely showed off his character and his appreciation for his fans.

Being at the tail end of his career, J.Cole was able to deliver 2 high energy performances with both hits and deep cut songs for longtime fans, while also including some iconic features from throughout the years.
